The Kerbl 2735 Leather Ram Harness is a durable marking harness designed to help sheep farmers monitor tupping and breeding activity. Fitted to the ram and used with a compatible mating crayon, the harness leaves a visible colour mark on the ewe when she is served.
This simple system allows farmers to quickly see which ewes have been served, monitor repeat services and gain a useful indication of expected lambing dates. Changing the crayon colour at intervals throughout the tupping period makes it easier to identify when individual ewes were served and whether they have returned to the ram.
Manufactured from strong leather, the Kerbl 2735 is designed for regular use during the breeding season and can be adjusted to provide a secure fit on the ram.
A straightforward and proven piece of sheep breeding equipment for commercial flocks, pedigree breeders and smallholders.
