Return & Refund Policy

At Skipton Dairy Services Ltd, we take pride in supplying quality products. Due to the nature of many of the agricultural, animal health, feed and consumable products we sell, we operate a defective returns and exchanges only policy.

Returns Eligibility

We will only accept returns where:

  • The item is faulty or defective.
  • The item has been damaged in transit.
  • The wrong item has been supplied by us.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer.
  • Products no longer required.
  • Surplus stock.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition (unless the fault is being reported).

Reporting a Fault

Any faulty, damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the fault or issue.
  • Photographs where applicable.

Inspection of Returned Goods

We may require the item to be returned for inspection before a refund, replacement or exchange is approved.

Items must be returned complete with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

Refunds & Replacements

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item.
  • Exchange the item for an equivalent product.
  • Issue a full refund.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault, damage in transit, or an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or arrange collection where appropriate.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
