2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website you confirm that:

9. Animal Health Products

Certain veterinary medicines and regulated products are subject to UK legislation.

Skipton Dairy Services Ltd reserves the right to:

• request proof of eligibility;
• refuse supply where legal requirements are not met.

Products classified as POM-V, POM-VPS, NFA-VPS or other regulated medicines will only be supplied in accordance with current UK veterinary medicines legislation.

10. Feed Products

Animal feeds should be stored and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Skipton Dairy Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for losses arising from incorrect storage, feeding practices or misuse.

11. Returns

Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we do not accept returns.

Goods reported as defective must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Returned goods must not have been deliberately damaged or misused.

Where appropriate we may:

• repair;
• replace;
• refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Damaged Deliveries

Any delivery shortages or damage should be reported within 48 hours of receipt where reasonably possible.

Photographs may be requested to assist any claim.

13. Cancellations

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. These rights do not apply to all products and may be excluded where legislation permits (for example, certain perishable goods, personalised goods, sealed health products once opened, or other exempt items). Subject to applicable law, Skipton Dairy Services Ltd shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied.
